Log in as in section 11.2. and click on “My account”. Enter your username and current password. Enter a new password in the box under your e-mail, and confirm your new password. Scroll down and click on the button “Save”.

Click on the “temple” icon, and click on the button “Forgot password”. Then enter the e-mail address associated with your user account, submit your request clicking on the button “E-mail new password”. Further instructions to reset your username and password will be e-mailed to you. Check your e-mail box and follow the instructions. The link contained in the e-mail can only be used once and will lead you to a page where you can reset your password. It expires within one day. If you do not click on it, it is disabled.

Click on the “temple” icon, and click on the button “Forgot password”. Then enter your e-mail address or your username, click on the button “E-mail new password”. Your new password will be sent by e-mail.

If you have an individual connection (login/password), click on the “Temple” icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Enter your username and the password associated to your e-mail address, click on the button “Log in”.

If your institution has subscribed to the ISSN Portal by IP connection, you should click on the icon “Temple” and click on “Automatic Login IP”. You are then connected to the complete ISSN Portal.
